Mission Statement

The Citrus County Community Charitable Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit
501(C)(3) entity whose purpose is to award grants to groups and organizations that establish programs, research, or initiatives that promote the health or satisfy the medical needs of the residents of Citrus County.

1st Grant Cycle
March 1, 2017 – May 12, 2017, Grant application submission period
May 12, 2017 by 5pm, Grant application due in the CCCCF. Inc. PO box
May 25, 2017 at 6pm meeting, Grant awards approved by CCCCF, Inc. board
May 26, 2017, Congratulations letters sent out to awardees

2nd Grant Cycle
June 20, 21, 22, 23, 2017, Public notice for Letters of Inquiry for new projects
June 23 - July 13, 2017 6pm, Letters of Inquiry submission period
July 13, 2017 by 5pm, Letters of Inquiry due in the CCCCF. Inc. PO box
July 27, 2017 6pm, Letters of Inquiry approved by the CCCCF, Inc. board
July 31 – Sept 12, 2017, Grant Proposal submission period
Sept 12, 2017 by 5pm, Grant application due in the CCCCF. Inc. PO box
Sept 28, 2017 at 6pm meeting, Grant awards approved by CCCCF, Inc. board
Sept 29, 2017, Congratulations letters sent out to awardees

The Citrus County Community Charitable Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit

Who We Are

The Citrus County Community Charitable Foundation Inc. Board of Directors is composed of the following members of the Citrus County community as defined in our Bylaws.

  1. Two representatives of the community, elected at large
  2. Citrus County Hospital Board representative
  3. Citrus County Board of County Commissioners representative
  4. City of Inverness representative
  5. City of Crystal River representative
  6. Chief of Staff from Seven Rivers/ Chief of Staff from Citrus Memorial (these representatives rotate every two years)
  7. Citrus County Medical Society representative
  8. Florida Well Care Alliance representative
  9. Florida Department of Health - Citrus County Representative
  10. College of Central Florida representative
