Mission Statement

The Citrus County Community Charitable Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit
501(C)(3) entity whose purpose is to award grants to groups and organizations that establish programs, research, or initiatives that promote the health or satisfy the medical needs of the residents of Citrus County.

3rd Grant Cycle - 2017/2018
September 27, 2017 send notice to newspaper
October 2, 3, 4 & 5, 2017 - Public notice for Letters of Inquiry for new projects
October 2 – October 23, 2017 - Letters of Inquiry submission period
October 23, 2017 by 5pm, Letters of Inquiry due in the CCCCF, Inc. PO box
October 24, 2017, Grant Committee meeting/Letter review at 9:00 am at the
College of Central Florida Conference and Learning Center, room 105, located at 3800 S. Lecanto Highway
October 26, 2017 at 5pm Grant Committee meeting, at 6pm Letters of Inquiry approved by the CCCCF, Inc. board
October 27 – December 12, 2017, Grant Proposal submission canceled
December 12, 2017 at 9:30am Grant Committee meeting in the Conference & Learning Center, room 105 at CF in Lecanto, FL
December 13, 2017 Grant Committee meeting/grant review canceled
December 14, 2017 at 5pm, Grant Committee meeting/grant review canceled, full Committee meeting, at 6pm
January 25, 2018 at 6pm CCCCF, Inc. full board meeting

Who We Are

The Citrus County Community Charitable Foundation Inc. Board of Directors is composed of the following members of the Citrus County community as defined in our Bylaws.

  1. Two representatives of the community, elected at large
  2. Citrus County Hospital Board representative
  3. Citrus County Board of County Commissioners representative
  4. City of Inverness representative
  5. City of Crystal River representative
  6. Chief of Staff from Seven Rivers/ Chief of Staff from Citrus Memorial (these representatives rotate every two years)
  7. Citrus County Medical Society representative
  8. Florida Well Care Alliance representative
  9. Florida Department of Health - Citrus County Representative
  10. College of Central Florida representative
